Unanswered replacing motherboard

    I have WHS 2009 running on a machine with 4 1 terrabyte drives.  I have a mother board issue.  If I replace the MB with the same 4 drives will it recognize the operaating system?

    I am replacing the failed motherboard with an identical board.  Can I do a fresh install and not lose the backed up data on my 3 remaining drives?

    In case anyone else is interested, I replaced my old motherboard with an identical new board, made sure my drives were connected to the same SATA headers and it fired right up and is running like a new one.
