Go to
http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=558&tab=3
and download the On-Board LAN driver for
Operating System:Windows Win7 x86/ Win7 x64 7.037.1229.2010 2011-03-02 5.5 MB
Or use this direct link http://download.biostar.com.tw/upload/Driver/LAN/Realtek/PCI_E/WIN7/7.037.exe
Once you have the driver downloaded, copy it to a USB drive or CD/DVD and then copy the file to the desktop of your WHS 2011. Then run the file.

If that driver doesn't install. Try the driver from the RealTek site since the motherboard uses the RTL8111E LAN Chip.
Grab the Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Driver.

If that driver also fails to install (also in compatibility mode), you should invest some money to buy a network adapter, which is supported by Windows Server 2008 R2. These cheap onboard adapters are famous for causing trouble.

The SM Bus Controller driver is usually part of the chipset driver package.
The manual that came with your motherboard should tell you what drivers to install for each operating system, and in what order. Windows Home Server 2011 is most similar to Windows 7 x64, so you should follow the instructions for that OS. Drivers will be on the disk that came with your motherboard, or can be downloaded from the link Bulldawg initially gave you.
I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)
