can not install WHS on dell poweredge 2400
can not install WHS on dell poweredge 2400
- i want to install WHS on a dell poweredge 2400 , the dell i got comes with a scsi cd rom and WHS is only on a dvd disk , how do i get pass this problem. i tried but with no luck sofar can not get a scsi dvd rom

- If the Dell Poweredge has an IDE port, you can connect an IDE DVD-ROM. Or you can try putting the Windows Home Server installation media on a bootable USB flash drive, assuming your server has USB ports and can boot from USB. There's a "how to" on the Home Server Hacks blog; it's part of this series of articles.
