Delete TV recordings once archived

  After a TV show has been recorded in WMC and it has been archived, what is the best way to delete them? It seems it cannot be done within WMC within TV. I have removed them using the console for WHS but by doing that the TV archive shows that the deleted shows could not be archived (they had been previously). 

  
  

  So is there a "correct" way to delete them? 

  
  

  The best way would be to enable the deletion from the TV section within WMC. Either that or I may have it set up improperly.
