问题 Install fails on verified burned DVD...?

I'm trying to test out WHS on my home server (Nvidia 6150 board, AMD 3800X2, 768 ram, etc.) and when I try to install I get a popup box that says "Setup information file D:\SVR_2003\i386|COMPDATA\NTCOMPAT.INF is invalid. Contact your system administrator".

I've tried to find a CRC checking utility that can calculate CRC for the DVD, but all I can find only check files. The only information I've found searching here say "Verify that the setup DVD is not faulty. You can do this by running the mscdcrc.exe utility (downloadable from the download area on Micosoft Connect) against your DVD (e.g. "mscdcrc422.exe d:").  For the Windows Home Server Beta 2 DVD the resulting CRC value should be 0x8F7459EA." but the file mscdcrc.exe is nowhere to be found.

    Anybody have any suggestions?

I am assuming that you downloaded and burned the .iso yourself. Have you gone through all of the steps that Charlie Kindel mentions here? Run the CRC of the downloaded .iso, burned using high-quality media, tried a slower burn speed, etc?
