    Hi

    I activated WHS at very first installation, it worked fine, but i made a silly mistake so i decided to restall WHS again.

    So, i shut down WHS, added another 120GB hard drive (originally had 1 x 120GB).

    Boot up with WHS Installation DVD, selected fresh/new install. all went fine

    but when try to activate, it says the key has been used. no hardware changed like motherboard, cpu etc, just extra hard drive, that it!!

    Hello,

    If you look at Connect it specifically states that each key can only be used once. So if you have activated Beta 2 and reinstalled you are out of luck.

    Surely you can request a new key?

    I am sure I have seen that option

    Duh! I just looked at Connect and you can get up to 5 keys.

    Yep just click "Request New Product Key" under " Product keys on the left and there you go.
