Shared folders displays thumbs.db and album art files among other things that are hidden and/or system files and should have a filter to hide this.

Are you referring to shared folders via the network, or via the webpage?
    If via network shares:
If your clients have 'show hidden files & folders' selected, and 'hide protected operating system files' unchecked (explorer > tools > folder options > 'view' tab), they'll see the hidden/system files in the shares.

    If via the webpage:
Log in to your WHS via remote desktop (username= Administrator, password= your console PW.)
Open My Computer, and disable the options as outlined above (for the client.)

*Edit:  OK, I just played around with the view options on the WHS.  No matter what, hidden/system files show up in the webpages.  Indifferent

Rob, you can't prevent hidden/system files from showing on the web site.
