Locked Restoring Media Library

    Today "Remote Web Access" to my WHS2011 tells me that I have 0 pictures and 0 songs in the labrary.

    At the same time i see songs and pictures in the Shared folders.

    How do I solve this malfunction without reinstalling the whole server?

    I'm running the latest WHS2011 RTM from MSDN

        Hi PhilipJH

         

        Reboot did not help.

        The solution seems to be the following:

        Open mediaplayer on the server

        Reconfigure mediafolders

        rescan media folders

        I got 15 % on first try, but I nay have interrupted the update.

        On second try all media was recoverd from the folders.
