I cannot install the Mac connector. I can download it OK via the http //homeservername/connect link but when I go to install it on the Mac it goes as far as asking me to authenticate I have admin access and the the application bombs out and disappears from the dock?
I can remember I successfully installed the connector on the same Mac on an earlier beta version but believe I removed the software so I am not sure why it will not install this time.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Yeah I have the same problem, I checked the logs for the installation and the application is crashing, see extract from the crash log below. Hopefully this is resolved quickly.Process: Connector for Mac [659] Path: /Users/User/Desktop/Connector for Mac.app/Contents/MacOS/Connector for Mac Identifier: Connector for Mac Version: ??? (???) Hello agtom and BigBrew,
If you are having trouble installing the client connector for Mac, it might be because the hosts file is saved in a format other than the default of UTF8.
Try editing the hosts file and saving it with the default file format of UTF8 and then try to install the client connector again.
Let me know if that helps.
