Answered Compute Node will not install HPC Pack

    Hi,

    I have one node out of a cluster of five that gets stuck and eventually times out on the Installing Microsoft HPC Pack phase of provisioning. All other nodes provision fine, can someone please help me with troubleshooting this issue.

    I'm guessing Microsoft no longer supports HPC?

    Hi Jimmy,

    Could you post here the provisioning log of the stuck node?

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for getting back to me and apologies for taking so long to reply.

    I fixed this issue by giving the Compute Node a different name. It went through fine this time.
