    We are running HPC 2008 SP2 (not R2) and we are trying to make sense of the %Run Time / Available Time and we see this reported at times as numbers > 100%. We then looked at Total Run Time and this is thousands of times greater than CPU Time.  How can you ever get % Run Time > than Available time?  Is this a bug?  Any Help would be appreciated in documenting these calculations.
