Changes in SP4 for non-Azure users

We have a few clusters running SP3, and since SP4 has been out for two months already we are thinking in giving it a try.
However, I can't find anywhere if there are any changes in SP4 that affect non-Azure users, nothing in the blog, the release notes, or the what's new page. The only thing I've seen is that using https connections is possible in SP4, but nothing else.
Specifically, has there been any change in the job scheduler or in the broker behavior?

Hi,
According the our release note there shouldn't be any change http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj155994(v=ws.10).aspx
SP4 is mainly bug fixes. However it's still advised that you upgrade to latest version to increase productivity.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for your answer.
Could I get a list of the bug fixes in SP4, then? I can't upgrade a substantial number of systems if I don't know why I'm doing it, or how our productivity is going to be improved enough to make up for the time spent upgrading.
Best regards,
Alberto
