I have looked for scanpst.exe in all the places suggested in the forum threads and it is not there. I have also run a search for this. It isn't here and I can't get past the error. Help.

Hi,
Run Detect & repair in Outlook 2003. It's under the Help menu. If you use Outlook 2007, run Office Diagnostics.
