This pops up each time I get in to a site thatrequires a paasswork, I do not trust it as being legit, how do I get rid of it, or what is the issue? Is it bogus or not and how do I get rid of it?

Are you getting this error on your device or on your PC?  Are you using Exchange?

Any other information you can provide would be helpful.
