    Hi Chris,

I am located in Western Australia and have a number of Windows Mobile Pro 6.1 devices and applied this DST patch.  Mobile devices syncs directly with Exchange server 2003.

When I create a non-recurring appointment/meeting through MS Outlook, it displays correctly on Outlook.  However, it is reflected an hour earlier on the mobile device.

When I create a recurring appointment/meeting through MS Outlook, it displays correctly on Outlook and on the mobile device.

Is this a known issue?  Is there any hot fix available to correct this?

    Thanks,
    deskadmin.

    Hi,
Is the appropriate patch installed on the Exchange Server?  The timezones must be current there as well as the Windows Mobile device.

All times in Windows Mobile as well as Outlook are stored as an offset to GMT.  So the timezone information is very important.

Other than the patch I identified, I do not know of a specific fix.
