- Microsoft's general online support and customer service functions do not know about Windows Mobile 6.x or about Mobile Outlook. Seems like that's an omission. The Windows Mobile Help & How To page is not a substitute for real support.

Pocket PC Mauritius http://PocketpcMauritius.blogspot.com/ http://PPCMUDownloads.blogspot.com/ - Finding these forums was non-obvious, and the standard windows help doesn't recognize the products, I spend a lot of time getting here so thought I'd offer my observation that this seems to be the only way to get help for WIndows Mobile and it's hard to find. Not a pleasant experience on the Microsoft site. I framed my actual question separately, so that I could vent my frustration with the help/support interface here. Thanks.
- I can't thank you enough for making this comment. I want you to know that I have sent a letter to my contact at Microsoft asking for a change that would make finding the forums for users an easier process. There is no question in my mind that when one is experiencing difficulty with their device what they do not need is difficulty in finding a place to get help.
