Changes don't sync with Samsung OmniaI use Windows XP SP3 and Outlook 2007 and have a Samsung Omnia. I don't use an exchange server and I only use Outlook as a gateway to sync - I do not use it for email. Since upgrading to SP3 and ActiveSync 4.5 my phone doesn't sync properly. Whenever I deselect and select contacts - it will sync but then I constantly have to reset my phone settings and speed dial, etc on my phone. Shouldn't have to do this.

If I put a new contact in Outlook or my phone, it syncs both ways. If I put a note within an existing contact in Outlook or phone, it doesn't sync the change.

Already read your forums and tried everything (deleting partnerships on device & laptop, uninstall & reinstall Activesync from both disk and online, hard reset of device) They will work for the first time but then changes do not get synced again.© 2009 Microsoft Corporation. When I update the calender on my PC and then sync the phone, everything works fine. However, when I make a note it doesn't. When I go back into outlook and then test one and resync, sometimes it triggers and updates just that "sample contact". I have tried running the scan on Outlook and it found nothing wrong. Like I said, I make 70-80 changes per day and I have about 1000 contacts so unchecking contact is not the best solution.Fri, 05 Jun 2009 13:41:32 Z2009-06-05T13:41:32Zhttp://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windowsmobileactivesync/thread/09ed9bd5-1d13-483a-9b04-b952af650140#a77ee6c7-6e44-4d97-9bc3-43b971195d82http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windowsmobileactivesync/thread/09ed9bd5-1d13-483a-9b04-b952af650140#a77ee6c7-6e44-4d97-9bc3-43b971195d82Jack Cook - aka Help_Linehttp://social.microsoft.com/Profile/en-US/?user=Jack%20Cook%20-%20aka%20Help_LineChanges don't sync with Samsung Omnia
No I can't.
