WMDC no longer sees my PDA at all
- I've struggled many times with the connection between my PDA (Windows Mobile 6.1) and my Vista computer, but it's been running fine for some time. However, now it's developed a new problem. Whereas before it always would see my PDA (even if it wouldn't sync), now it doesn't see it at all. Yesterday morning it stopped recognizing it. It doesn't even appear in the Device Manager. I've ended the relationship a few times and started over, uninstalled and reinstalled WMDC a few times as well. I tried the PDA with two other computers which are running XP and it does just fine. Did Microsoft send something through in an update that could have caused this? I've scoured web sites for possible fixes, and nothing has worked. Any help out there?

- Did you try removing the partnership from both the device and PC and try to establish a new partnership?
Is there a connection sound indicating that a device was connected? If you open Device Manager on your PC can you see your device listed? If yes, where is it listed?
