Answercan't sync outlook

    I have  a Moto Q running WM 5.  I have Outlook 2007 on my pc.  I have installed ActiveSync and I do get a connection and show the syncing process, but my calendar and contacts never sync.  Is this due to fact that I cannot update my MotoQ to run a later version of WM and this version 5 will not work with Outlook 2007?

    Hi,

    On the computer, click Start > Run. Type Fixmapi and click Ok.

    Re-connect the device to sync.

    Hi,
