Sometimes maybe 30 percent of the time after I sync my phone, My Calendar and Contacts are deleted from my phone. When I go to WMDC mobile setting the calendar, contact, email and tasks are unchecked. It will not let me check them as they should be. I have to disconnect my phone from WMDC and then restart the phone. I then I have to go to 2007 Outlook and office Diagnostics and then click on continue. I then reconnect my phone and start WMDC and under mobile settings I am able to click calendar, contact, email and tasks and sync all the info. The whole process takes maybe 20 minutes including the sync process. This has not always happened and I would appreciate any assistance to correct this.

This is strange. I suggest you uninstall OUtlook and WMDC, reboot your computer and re-install again. Make sure you install Outlook first. Before connecting the device, delete the partnership and reboot.

Do I delete the partnership and my computer or is there someway to do that on the phone. When I started to end the partnership it said something that this would cause the info to be deleted from phone. I do not want to lose all this info. Am I reading this correctly.

    Hi,
Are you synchronizing with another PC or with Exchange?  Also, what software firewall do you have installed on the PC?

Hello I have the same problem with my MOTO Q9h Global and I saw a thread that had the FixMApi from Start Run type FixMApi the click ok that then will alow me to check the contact, email, calendar and file folders and it works well.  The only problem is that the WMDC contuinues to do the same thing after a few sync's or when I restart my computer and sync again it will deleted all the contacts, calendar, email and files from the phone then I have to go over the same processes again this is so very getting old does anyone know how to fix this.
