Windows Mobile Device Center - Moto Q9 - Outlook 2007Sometimes maybe 30 percent of the time after I sync my phone, My Calendar and Contacts are deleted from my phone. When I go to WMDC mobile setting the calendar, contact, email and tasks are unchecked. It will not let me check them as they should be. I have to disconnect my phone from WMDC and then restart the phone. I then I have to go to 2007 Outlook and office Diagnostics and then click on continue. I then reconnect my phone and start WMDC and under mobile settings I am able to click calendar, contact, email and tasks and sync all the info. The whole process takes maybe 20 minutes including the sync process. This has not always happened and I would appreciate any assistance to correct this.<br/>© 2009 Microsoft Corporation. I suggest you uninstall OUtlook and WMDC, reboot your computer and re-install again. Make sure you install Outlook first.
