I have lost the text page on my full qwerty keyboard, by default it comes up with the numbered buttons and when i press the ABC button nothing happens.
    Can this be fixed?

    Hi,

Have you tried soft-resetting your device?
Also you can try choosing another input method and then try again the HTC Keyboard and see if the problem persists.

I don't know a direct answer ot your question, but as a workaround you could install EzInput (http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-ezinput.html )
This will add an Input method, I hope It'll work on the HD because of the screen resolution, but you would have to check that.

    Goodluck!

An other option is to Hard reset your device. But that would delete all data on your phone (emails, contacts, agenda, installed applications and so on) so make sure you have a good backup of this data before performing a hard-reset

I have the exact same problem, and would rather not wipe the device to fix it, is there a registry key that governs this setting?

What version of the ROM are you using? Did you upgrade with the latest ROM or are you still using the initial ROM?

Same problem here. Mattigan. Thank you. Indeed when I swithced of T9 Mode in Diamond Tweak - which I also use - the problem is resolved.

For everybody else I suggest to download Diamond Tweak Program - forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=409540 -or type download Diamond Tweak into Google and you'll find the needed link. The program is a must have for using an HTC Diamond1 or Diamond2. After installing swith the T9 off and off you go.

If do not want to use Tewak, try switching off T9 in regular interface as may resolve issue too. But I would recommend Diaond tweak in any case many nice features to optimize usage of Diamond1 or Diamond2.

Ps. I switched from Diamond1 to Diamond2 -- definitely worth it -- any further .CAB files any of you recommend to increase speed or user friendliness.

I think i have got a good solution too.

If you are using a register editor, check if you can make keyboard settings there.  Meaning: In my editor i can check or uncheck the qwerty keyboard or select another one.  When i check the qwerty keyboard,  it will set it to default in windows mobile.

    Question for you all.

How can i get OPERA to be disabled, an everytime i will use internet items, IEXPLORE.exe will be used?

    Thanks alot!

    p.s.

I allready made register adjustments for the default > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\: DEFBROWSER

    TY
