Can anyone please help with 6.5 update to the Jack??
- Good morning. I have attempted to download the update since yesterday evening to no avail. Can anyone please give me some advice? I am posting the error message I am receiving each time.
In the Dowloader Box VER 9.40, here is the message:
This File is not a Phone Image File!!
This File is not a Eboot Image File!!
This File is not a PDA Image File!!
[Channel 0] FLASH UNLOCK
[Channel 0] FLASH UNLOCK Success!!
[Channel 0] Send Partition Table
[Channel 0] Please select All image and Try again
Port
NONE Send Partition Table Fail!

Jack, Samsung assisted me with the issue. Apparently, I failed to disable all of my virus protection.

- So I need just a little more info to be clear. Is that error mesage appearing after the download and when you are trying to install?
I'm not being a pain with this question. Did you read the installation instructions very carefully?
If yes, what is the OS on your PC? Is it 32 or 64 bit?

http://www.mobilitysite.com Thanks for the response. This is happening right after pressing start from the downloader box. Once I hit start, this information populates the box. I am using XP from a 32 bit PC.
- I don't have the "Jack" so I have not tried the update Smoove. Assuming you have carefully read and followed the instructions, I might try a reboot of the PC and a fresh download of the file if that is possible.
Remember, the Upgrade Tool software must be saved locally to your PC and they DO NOT recommend using the "Run" option.
I'll reach out to the other "mods" to see if anyone has it or knows someone that has the device and has performed the upgrade.
