problems with sync HTC mobile
problems with sync HTC mobile
active sync works with my old HTC. I bought a new HTC touch pro, installed the start-CD, but active sync doesnt recognise my new device.
In configurationscreen/software I accidently deleted a programme windows mobile, and can t find it in my waste bin. Does this have anything to do with it? It still works with my old HTC.
I tried the help programm, no success

- I'm not sure what you deleted but assuming that it is new and you have not installed much of anything then I would advise doing a Hard Reset. It will bring it back to the way it was when you first got it.
START/SETTINGS/System Tab/ Clear Storage icon
After it is completed, attach to your PC and start a new pairing between your PC and device

- Do you receive any errors? Or are you getting some notifications?
