RingTONES vs. RingTUNES
RingTONES vs. RingTUNES
- I have a Motorola Q9c. I'll admit I'm a bit of an old fogey and a little on the hard of hearing side. What I'd like to find is some ringtones--meaning repetitive ringing sounds--to assign to different callers. Right now, my choice seems to be the one ringing tone, and a lovely assortment of tunes. And I simply can't hear the 'musical' ones when I'm in a restaurant or other noisy place. My old phones all had a long string of different, repetitive ringing, beeping, buzzing, etc. sounds to chose from.
Does anyone know where I can download a similar group of "noises"? Heck, my boss' iPhone even has the sounds of dogs barking and ducks quacking. I'd love to use those sounds, especially.
Thanks!

You can find some free ringtones in the link below:

- I've been there, was one of the first places that I tried. But once again, these are all "tunes" or musically based ringtones. I'm looking for something more like a 'real' phone ring, an alarm clock buzzer, etc. I don't want anything that's musical. I want an annoying, repetitive, can't-be-ignored ringer.
And I do turn my phone to vibrate in the movies, kids' receptions, and I answer it quick in restaurants, as long as I hear the damned thing.
- I have the same phone, from Sprint. Sprint doesn't even have ringers for this phone in their software store. Where can one find ringtones, musical ringtones that are compatible with the Motorola Q9c? The ringtones on this site are not really that good.
You can make your own DeLovely87 then they will be just what you want. There are some neat utilities out there that you cn use to make your own BTW.
Audacity is a cool FREE application that will allow you to edit music that you already have .....
Check it out: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
