    Is it possible?

I have a brand new Samsung Omnia, and of course the network here at home is not set up by me. The "admin" ( Step-dad ) is out of town, and has all the info. I can get it from him, but I'd rather not. I'd just like to know if there is a way I can just transfer the encryption settings to my WinMob 6.1 from the connected XPSP3 computer. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Hello. No real practical way. That is, afterall, the point of security. LOL. You could go into the router and change the encryption key there if he has not changed the default username/password or you know that security info. But then you would have to change all networked equipment and, of course, tell him the new info. I don't advocate messing with anyone's equipment unless you know for a fact that he won't mind or has some other reason. Just call him...

Hello. You might try this network management software trial but don't know how much info you need to set it up:
