I use Windows Live Writer a lot [exclusively] for my website and I find it extremely useful and convenient, but there's no indention feature.

I get around this by using:
<div style="margin-left: 40px;">

But the issue of this is find the text in the source, editing it and then switching back. Are you planning on adding or addressing this?

So from there, I've a few questions:
1. How often does Microsoft Windows Live Writer offer updates to the program and
2. Where [or is there] a place, url, location where one can go to see what's planned for the next version?
3. Can suggestions be made for the next version of Windows Live Writer?

And to answer your questions:

0) We are looking at possible improvements to the tab/blockquote feature, but one of them is not to use a <div>
1) We update Windows Live Writer with the Windows Live Essentials suite which in the past has been roughly on a one year schedule.
2) We have a blog at http://windowslivewriter.spaces.live.com/default.aspx?wa=wsignin1.0&sa=433950094 where we usually post when a new version is out.
