Havent got a clue how to set up sata driver???

  ive got a dell poweredge sc1420 server with reformatted hard disks. im trying to install windows vista on the pc but its saying it cant find any hard disks. i know that the hard disks are sata's and i know that its raid is on in the bios settings.

  
  

  im stuck there i havent got a clue what to do next, can someone help me please :(
