I'd like to have a plugin which allows me to put custom HTML tags before and after a piece of selected text. It should be possible to pre-define those tags.
Here's one (my) use case: In Blogger you can have post summaries by implementing a hack which requires to put two HTML tags into the source of your article. I know, this is not much work but it's even faster if I can select the text and just press a button.
Maybe such a plugin already exists but the Live Writer Gallery is a hell for me: Whatever I do I am redirected to German homepage and this does not show any plugin (probably because there is an unnecessary language relationship).
BTW, the same happen if I try to search this forum. I am on the US site and as soon as I enter a search term in the box above I get redirected to a German page with NO results because noone speaks German here ;-)
