SPAM BLACKLISTED can't connect telnet

Hello everybody,
Someone could help me ? Our company tries to send mails to our customers by hotmail.com but it goes to JUNK. I think an old employee had done some spam with our domain or IP, and now we can't delivery to inbox, this is disturbing us... since we have a lot of students and prospects and they can't receive our contact...
I want to know if is possible to get removed from Blacklist of hotmail...
