    I am publishing a post which contains server images to blogspot.com, and it returns the following error to me.

    File Upload Failed : The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

    Anybody has any suggestions?

    It seems OK until I did a latest update. Not sure what's broken, can any guru from MS confirm?

    Yes. Just tried to publish again this morning, it's working again.

    It's working now. Seems it was a problem with Google Picassa servers - as I tried to access them directly, and a 500 error page came up. Works now
