    1. Zentity Dashboard Collection.
    2. Click on Jounrnal1.cxml.
    3. Pivot Viewer Error.

    An error occured while loading the collection. Please try again.

    What could it be? Thank you.

    Please check the status column in the dashboard for the particular resource. For newly created resources this should appears completed.

    If you are still getting errors update us with the error message you are getting.

    I reinstalled Zentity 2.0.

    Uninstalling:

    • Deleted databases, checked"close existing connections";
    • Uninstalled Zentity;
    • Deleted from ProgramFiles Zentity folder.

    Installation:

    • Server.
    • Reboot.
    • Client.

    What I see is:

    1. Just after reinstallation. Status "Not Started".

    2. I added PubMed 5000 then I see "Error – creation cancelled" in the Jounral and the Person fields.

    Click the collection link and see: "An error occurred while loading the collection. Please try again".

      Has Code

    Now I decided to clear Zentity db. Clicked "Get data from Zentity". It failed. Exception. (there is no any Zentity page in my browser)

    Furthermore resource manager showes that Zentity.Pivot.CollectionCreator.exe takes all memory.

    Version 2.0.

    Version 2.1.

    Before importing the data. Status "Not Started".

    Also WebUI doesn't work in 2.1 project. I checked web.config in Explorer folder. 3 strings are uncommented.

    *****

    Server Error in '/WebUI' Application.

    Runtime Error

    Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed.

    Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on the local server machine, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "RemoteOnly". To enable the details to be viewable on remote machines, please set "mode" to "Off".

    <!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

    <configuration>
        <system.web>
            <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly"/>
        </system.web>
    </configuration>

    Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

    Unusual situation.

    While I was refreshing the Dashbard it changed Status three times.

    Final Status is "Completed". And Pivot works.

    WebUI doesn't start because it's missing some configuration from its web.config file

    select the WebUI node in IIS and then click Explore from the IIS Actions pane to see the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Zentity\ZentityWebSite\WebUI or wherever you installed

    Hello,

    I have a question regarding the update function of the resource manager.

    If I add a date on the resource manager, the date is displayed in the Visual Explorer but not in the Pivot Viewer. How can I update the Data in the  Resoure manager (No PowerShell).

    regards

    Ludwig
