will there be MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator for Exchange 2010
will there be MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator for Exchange 2010
Currently we need to give 3 paper to get MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator on exchange 2007.
now exchange 2010 is in beta phase.
Will there be different MCITP Version for 2010. Will there be any single paper upgrade certification..?

- It's too early to tell. Microsoft starts to develop their courses and exams during the beta testing of the product. As with Windows 7, the beta of the exam was tested the week following the release of the RC. I'd say you can expect the same. Chances are there will be a single upgrade exam that covers the changes and such from Exchange 2007 to 2010. Patience, young Jedi.

- I agree with Charles. This is too early to tell anything solid about certification. There should be simple upgrade path from Exchange 2007 to 2010.
Here are some Free e-learning. I am not sure if you have seen/worked with these already.

Hope this is helpful.

You should check out the Windows 7 forum, at microsoft.com/springboard. It provides support, "how to" video guides and the several other tips and tricks to make your Windows 7 experience awesome. Thanks

- Yes there will be a :Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2010
no there will not be an upgrade.
for the details on the latest exams being offered pre-release see here: http://blogs.technet.com/betaexams/- Proposed As Answer byMike Crowley Monday, November 02, 2009 9:24 PM
- I just passed the 71-662 beta, so the MCITP requirement has shown up in Certification Planner
According to the Certification Planner The exam numbers are:
MCTS: 70-662
MCITP: 70-663
So, like with the other 2nd generation MCITP certs there will be only on exam required to go from MCTS to MCITP.
And there is indeed no optional upgrade exam listed
Rob.
Certifications: MCP MCSA(2003) MCSE(NT4 2000 2003) MCSA+S(2003) MCSA+M(2003) MCSE+S(2000 2003) MCSE+M(2000 2003) MCTS 15x MCITP 4x - Prithvy, I am sure there should be an upgrade paper for it. You know almost exchange 2010 is related to 2007. Some features has been improved. I hope that Microsofts goal is to have one upgrade exam for all MCITP (older technology) to get to MCITP (newer technology)

I took and passed the 70-662 this morning. It became available to schedule I think on 10/27.

No Sachin, there will not be an "upgrade" exam. I already said this above. This has been announced earlier this year.

I think this was the wrong move. There is too much overlap between the two products to ensure you actually know 2010 compared to 2007 in one test without also testing you on the other fundamentals each version shares. No Sachin, there will not be an "upgrade" exam. Brian, I agree with your assessment, but the problem is there just isnt enough exams to justify an upgrade. As we saw with the MCSE upgrade it only took you to the MCTS level. because you needed multiple MCTS tests for Enterprise Administrator, this saved you time. With the Exchange track there is only 1 MCTS exam, so the upgrade doesn't really fit in anywhere. Also Microsoft is in the business of making money... :)- I registered for exam but i don't have any study material can any one help ?
