I've looked high & low for any device which takes an NTSC feed (composite or S-Video) and makes it look to the computer like a webcam. We've tried everything from Pinnacle Dazzle cards (newest models and older models) $1k video capture cards, and in no case does MOC list them as avalable sources.
Please do not suggest the roundtable, because that's an endpoint device. We've got a number of similar devices in our studio. What I need is a way to feed video from our studio to an endpoint which ONLY has the standard MOC desktop setup. These requirements often com up on short notice, sometimes from overseas, and there's no opportunity to transport an endpoint unit to the remote.
I've seen non-authoritative statements to the effect that this is not possible; I would like for somebody to let us know "officially" whether there's ANY way to get this done.

is probably your best bet. Where/which system is that NTSC coming from? what is the system to system inteorp you are trying to build?
