My sales process is working fine until I close the opportunity as closed or won and then re open the opportunity. I followed the tutorial on www.pedroinneco.com/2011....
When I take my opportunity through the stages of the pipeline it reflects correct on the report. Only when the opportunity is closed and re opened I get duplicated records on my sales report?

I believe this is because of opportunityclose records which are created every time opportunity is closed. You should remove those duplicated opportunityclose records from your report.
