MS CRM 2011 Outlook client config error

  Hello Friends,

  I can access the CRM system using the url in the internet explorer.

  I am trying to configure outlook client on the client machine. When I type in the url and then click on "Test Connection" button, it automatically populates the organisation name in the picklist and then when I click on "OK" button to finish the configuration, it comes up with an error message "There is a problem communicating with Microsoft Dynamics CRM server, The server might be unavailable. Try again later. If the problem persists contact the system administrator"
