Data migration query

We are migrating data from CRM 3.0 to CRM 5.0 Online by using excel sheets.
Currently, there some accounts in crm 5 which are identical to the account in crm 3 except that the owner is different.Would this cause an error during migration?

Hi,
This should not create any problems till the time the owner of CRM 3 records exist in CRM 5 at the time of Migration.
