We are looking to adopt a helpdesk following the ITIL processes in CRM 4.0 for our support customers does any know of a company or books or courses who can help us implement this. We need to record support requests, select the product that requires the service and then create workflows/reports on the service support requests.

My organisation is looking at implementing a helpdesk within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Could I possibly get some information from you on how you looked at implementing this service and also any pitfalls that you encountered on the way

There are two Microsoft partners that have published IT Service Management solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM:
C360 had an ITSM add-on solution but appear to have discontinued it. http://www.c360.com/ITSM_Reporting.aspx
