    outlook  keeps resetting “serious error and has to restart” every 20 mins roughly. Having disabled the crm add in it works fine. Have re-installed the crm add in but same problem.

     

    check for any updates for office 2007 have got all.

    have removed addons

    still having same problem

     

    any ideas

    CRM4 has a Outlook Dianotic tool which could help.
