  I just purchased a new copy of Office 2007 pro from EBAY.  It was sealed, has a manual and appeared to be authentic in every way.  CD has the hologram and the appropriate COA label (as far as I could tell from comparing it to examples on Microsoft website).  My software will not pass the validation.  Below is my diagnostic report.  Can you tell me how I need to address this problem?  Could I have entered the wrong product key?
