    It depends on what your problem is, and how you acquired Windows.
    If your problem is connected with Activation or validation, post an MGADiag report here in the first instance - read the 'stickies' at the head of the forums index page for details
     
    If your problem is with other parts of Windows, you should post in the Answers forums here
     
    Unless you acquired Windows as a Retail product within the past 90 days, it's unlikely that you are entitled to telephone support.
    Most copies of Windows are pre-installed on machines at delivery - if yours is one of those, then your point of contact is the manufacturer - they are responsible for Windows support as well as hardware.
