    Dear friends,

     

    My data appears in two different entries:

    Is it possible to merge both as a single entry?

    I have the same issue. Feature request: add an alias/also-known-as feature. FYI I use mutliple formulations of my names. Thanks!

    Thanks Roberto and stansley for the bug reporting and sorry about the inaccuracy, there exists some cases of inaccurate info due to limitation of our algorithm, lack of complete info, etc. Our editors will look into these cases and merge them for you if approved.

    BTW, we will enable end-users to merge author entries themselves soon, please stay tuned.

    Hello neil234,

    Thanks for your information. We'll fix this asap.

    Actually merge author function now is open to users, which means you can fix this kind of requests by yourself next time. Open the page of the author you want to remain online, click "edit" button on the right side of his/her name, then find "merge author" in the list of author editing operations on the left side, copy the name of the author you want to merge to the current one (which means the second author will NOT be remained online)and paste it into the imput field. Submit your request and wait for several days before data online.  

    Just be careful of the sequence of authors, which one is to be remained, which one is to be merged. =)

    I have problems with "merge author" - no result after 3 weeks. Here are the addresses:

    Will it possible for an author to merge his different "incarnations" at Microsoft Ac. Search in the nearest future? As far as I understood this feature is not implemented yet .

    I will be grateful to site administration if they could merge two authors which are the same person
