Restore Backup Question - Urgent

domingo, 11 de julio de 2010 22:14I had to wipe drive c due to Windows Vista corrution. I now want to Restore files I backed up using Windows Live OneCare. I re-installed one care, and it seems to be operating OK. Howecver when I go to restore, I get the message: "OneCare is Initializing. Please try again later" How long does it take to initialize? I'm staring to panic!

What was the backup destination?
When are you getting the initializing message? When opening OneCare or when selecting to Restore?
