    HELP!!! i AM TRYING TO TRANSFER MY BACKED UP FILES FROM wINDOWS LIVE ONECARE THAT WERE ON MY dead DELL laptop which had windows vista. I now have an acer with windows 7. How do I get my files to transfer?
