Windows One Care

I have a subcrip to One Care however I peformed a recovery on my PC and lost my data. I attempted to reinstall Windows One care and I keep getting no new scriptions avail. I should be in the system but I dont have my previous log in and password. I need to get One Care reinstalled and my PC back to normal with my previous data that I backed up and have tried to reinstall back to my computer. PLEASE HELP. Is there a number I can speak with a live person to help resolve these issues?

I'll note that since OneCare is at end of life anyway, you may as well remove it completely, run the cleanup tool -
http://social.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943/ - then install another security programs, such as Microsoft Security Essentials - http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/ (free) - and then download and install the OneCare Restore Tool to restore your backups.

hi,

added information to stephen boots answer. if you will remove onecare on your computer you can install microsoft security essentials (www.microsoft.com/security_essentials) to have a protection on your computer. now, for your backup data you can run the onecarerestore tool to retrive your data. stephen already mention the link.
