How can I get your tune up service? (Safety Scanner no longer available)

I would like to improve my windows performance, I tuned up my computer from windows live onecare. Now, it disappears. I found Microsoft Safety Scanner but I don't know how to fix my computer performance.

The Safety Scanner forums were here:

That scanner no longer exists and the new scanner does not perform a "tune-up". You can use the Windows tools such as Disk Cleanup and Defrag. I don't recommend the use of a registry scanner, which was part of the Safety Scanner. See: http://www.edbott.com/weblog/2005/04/why-i-dont-use-registry-cleaners/
