    Hi

    I have setup numerous manual task in MS Projects to map out the gantt and network diagram for the dependencies of a list of projects I have. Due to the nature of the dependencies, I need to categorise them in MS Projects. I have manually edited the way some task appear for the GANTT and Network diagrams. It all looks good on screen but when I print them out, it looks completely different (ie: boxes I left white are filled in). Anyone know how I can fix this printing issue?

    LePhil20,

    Two things come to mind. First, do you have the latest update installed for whatever version of Project you are using? You can check at, http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/office/ee748587.

    Second, do you have the latest driver update for whatever printer you are using? You also might want to try a different printer if one is available.
