Folders not deleted on right side

I want the left side to be the absolute "true" folder. And everything else on the right side to be exactly as the left side after sync.
Even with Echo mode, it doesn't work... if I create a fake folder on the right side, it will stay there when syncing. and my right side will be bigger than the left one.
Pretty useless as I want my left side folder to be copied as-is on the right side, whatever happens.

I have tested it, seems to be normal bahavour in echo mode if you edit, change or add files/folders on the right side synctoy does not sync that.
It would be really nice to have option to check changes on right side and change it back to mirror left side.
