account locked email not working

  hi my account has been locked and to retrieve it i need to put in a code that will be sent to my email. the problem is i don't use that email anymore and don't know the password and can't get it anyway. I need help unlocking it i have done live chats on xbox.com they told me to post here pls can somebody help me.
