MSCRM 3.0 : Cannot see the report list.

    Question

  • Dear CRM Expert,

    Today i click at the reports icon and i got this message "An error has occurred. For more information, contact your system administrator."  For your information its happen to all user including the System Administrator. 

     

    Anybody know how to solved it??

     

    Below is the Error Details.

  • Looks like this is more a ReportServer or IIS problem than a CRM problem. Things to check:

    • Does the path to reportservice.asmx exist
    • Can you browse to http:<servername>/Reportserver ?
    • Can you browse to http:<servername>/Reportserver/reportservice.asmx ?
    • I'd also try restarting the ReportServer service and IIS

    What version of SQL are you using ?

    FYI im using SQL 2000..

    Below is the answer for your question :

     

    1) No

    2) No

    3) No

    4) No

     

    Then to resolved this issues i re-install back the MSCRM. TQ
